3. Fees and Payments
HOA360Plus services may require subscription fees paid by the HOA organization. Residents may also make payments for HOA dues through the platform where applicable. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
4. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with external services such as:
- Payment gateways
- SMS services
- Email services
- Cloud hosting providers
Xpertis Solutions is not responsible for third-party service disruptions.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, content, and system associated with HOA360Plus are owned by Xpertis Solutions and protected by Intellectual property laws.
Users are prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, or redistributing the platform.
6. Modifications to Services
Xpertis Solutions reserves the right to modify between platform features, functionality, and services without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
