1. Acceptance of Agreement
By creating an account or using HOA360Plus services, users agree to comply with this User Agreement.
This agreement governs the relationship between:
- Users(Residents, HOA Admins, Security Personnel)
- HOA Management
- Xpertis Solutions
2. User Eligibility
User must:
- Be registered residents or authorized personnel of the community
- Provide accurate account information
- Comply with HOA community rules
3. Account Responsibilities
User agree on:
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the platform responsibly
- Update accurate personal information
- Immediately report unauthorized access
4. Prohibited Activities
User must not:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Post abusive or offensive content
- Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
- Disrupt system operations
- Upload malware or harmful code
5. HOA Administrative Authority
HOA administrators may:
- Manage community data
- Post announcements
- Access resident information relevant to HOA operations
- Suspend accounts violating community policies
6. Platform Availability
HOA360 Plus aims to maintain high system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

- Network issues
- External service failures
7. Limitation of Liability
Xpertis Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Decisions made by HOA management
- Financial disputes between HOA and residents
- User misuse of the platform
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from platform usage
8. Termination of Access
Accounts may be suspened or terminated if users:
- Violate platform policies
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Disrupt community operations
